Permit holders' driving time logs can be signed by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult, whether they were the person who signed the permit holder's affidavit of liability.
- Successfully complete the Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) training requirement.
- Successfully complete a drive test with an approved driver education school, such as National Driver Training.
